Celebrate with us.
The Summer Solstice Experience is a unique blend of workshop and celebration, inviting participants to deepen their connection with the body, spirit, community, and the surrounding landscape. By integrating ancient therapeutic traditions and contemporary artistic practices, we will cultivate collective warmth and gratitude, creating a ritualistic celebration of the sun at its zenith—this special day when it is closest to the southern hemisphere.
The session begins with guided activities to explore sensory awareness, breath, movement, sound, gesture, voice, rhythm, and creative composition. These practices aim to enhance well-being and unlock individual creativity. Following this, we will unite our intentions in a joyful dance meditation, weaving together the insights and tools gained during the workshop. This celebratory movement will honor the energy and abundance of the Summer Solstice, embodying light, vitality, and renewal.
