Cancellation Policy

At Ease and Motion, we understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and we strive to maintain a fair cancellation policy that respects both our clients' and practitioners' time. Please review our cancellation policy below:

• If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice. 

• For cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice but more than 12 hours' notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the session fee will be applied.

• Cancellations made with less than 12 hours' notice, including same-day cancellations and no-show, will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the session fee.
